Application
The grill plates and ovens should be hot during each cleaning, as this product only reacts to heat. If the ovens and grill plates are not hot, heat them before cleaning so that the smoke dissolver can evaporate.
It is recommended to apply the degreaser at about a 60 ° angle with a sprayer or a brush on the desired areas to be cleaned. The exposure time is at least 5 minutes and when used for the first time, the procedure can be repeated as often as necessary. With regular cleaning, the product can be diluted to reduce costs. Always rinse with plenty of water.
Dilution
1:1 for Basic Cleaning
1:1 bis 1:4 for Combi-steamers
